as always throw out our wonderful Sponsors first, Gryfalia's and CCG as
well as our singular sponsor Paul. We just want to let you know how
much we appreciate all our listeners and sponsors. We cover a pretty
quick hit of our weeks in Warhammer which weren't completely eventful.
We do cover my first game of Storm of Magic with the Dwarf's Vs.
Brettonians. Decidedly SoM is a very interesting expansion to Warhammer.
We push through the News/Rumors covering a couple of Black Library
Novels, the new Dread Quake Mortar from Forge World, strange scuttlebutt
about Blood Bowl a quick note about the latest F.A.Q.'s and finally a
lengthy interview with Alex Gonzalez the tournament organizer of Core
For our feature segment we delve into the Storm of
Magic expansion for Warhammer. We cover most of the ground rules for
what is involved with the game and the basic SoM scenario. We go through
the new special miscast table for SoM. We also take a touch on a number
of the magic items and discuss a bit of our thoughts on the Bestiary
section and why exactly it excites us to play this game.

The goal of every Invasion Kenosha is to provide those that attend a day of organized and fun wargaming in a casual and relaxed atmosphere. At the same time, we strive to make it memorable in every way possible, including the amazing levels of prize support we provide. Thanks to Outpost Gaming in Kenosha, Wisconsin, the winner of the first ever Invasion Kenosha 40K RTT is going to be walking away with a prize to remember.

The single most important reason to attend Invasion Kenosha each year is to participate in the Daisy May Memorial Charity raffle. Among the prizes in this year's raffle are items from Warhammer Forge and Forgeworld. Folks will also have the chance to win Forgeworld prizes if they registered early for the Fantasy and 40K RTT.
Another really cool aspect of Invasion Kenosha is our ability to highlight alternative models for our favorite games. Today's sponsor is one of the best examples of a company that has come up with some great alternative figures for certain fantasy games.
Today is a very special Thursday, for today we reveal the cool prize Chapterhouse Studios has donated the Daisy May Charity Raffle.
Doomseer Iyanar-Duanna is cursed with the ability to forsee the slow death of her race. She shares the ability of all seers, to see the path of her race, but is only able to see the deaths of her people and nothing else. She was psychically scarred when she witnessed the death of an entire world-ship, she is now doomed to spend every moment of her life tracking down the creature responsible.
The "Doomseer" is only available from Chapterhouse Studios. The unpainted 28mm scale pewter model consist of 5 pieces - body and 4 variant arms. A 25mm slotted base is included.
Another new sponsor for 2011 is Mantic games, makers of the awesome Kings of War. If you are looking for an alternative line of plastic fantasy models or want to start playing a quick and fun game, Kings of War is the range of models that you want to check out.
Speaking of Mantic games and Kings of War, Rockhead's Comics and Games carries a full line of Mantic models for purchase. Why visit some internet retailer when Allen and company can get you just what you need to start that Kings of War army that you have been wanting.
Due to very low registration, the 40K Special Operations: Killzone event that was scheduled for Saturday night has been cancelled. Anyone who was registered for the event will receive a full refund within a few days.
Today's sponsor is Center Stage Miniatures. Thanks to them and their generous support, not only do we have a bunch of cool models for the charity raffle, we also have a bunch of cool models for the WFB tournament swag bag.
Starting today, we are counting down to the big weekend. Over the next two weeks, we will highlight the amazing sponsors and the support they are providing this year's Invasion. To begin the countdown to Invasion, we highlight one of our newest sponsors, Privateer Press.
