DMM 2012 Towel Drive

In 2010, my sidekick Daisy May passed away. She was a constant reminder of what made me smile and was my companion on many a late night as I sat at my painting table. She will be missed for her sandwich stealing antics and love of exploring the world from the back of a 73 Mustang.

In her honor, the annual charity raffle at Invasion Kenosha was named after her. My hope is that donations collected for the raffle will help others find their own sidekicks at the Safe Harbor Animal Shelter.

You are greatly missed Big Dog...

Invasion Kenosha will be running a very special raffle for the Safe Harbor Humane Society in Kenosha, WI. The 2012 raffle will be different from prior raffles as we will be focused on collecting one type of item, towels.  All towels must be bath or beach sized (no wash clothes or hand towels) and in new or slightly used condition.  Each towel donated will be worth 1 ticket towards the charity raffle.  Our goal is to collect a 100 towels, so we need everyone to participate if possible.

Additional rules and restrictions

The Daisy May Memorial Charity Raffle is a separate raffle from the Invasion Kenosha General Raffle, tickets for the two raffles are not interchangeable. Invasion Kenosha and Safe Harbor Animal Shelter have the right to reject any donation regardless of reason. Prizes will be raffled off at the conclusion of Invasion Kenosha. Participants in the charity raffle must be present at the time of the raffle to win. Participation in the charity raffle does not require participation in Invasion Kenosha.
